Ballroom Dancing

This 6-week class is ideal for beginner or intermediate ballroom dancers. Instruction in swing, waltz, fox trot, rumba and cha cha. Must be 18 or older to participate.

 

New Year, New You Boot camp

This 8-week program will help to get a head start on those New Year's Resolutions.

 

Bride to be Bootcamp

This class is an excellent way to get a head start in preparing for your special day! Registration begins March 1st.

 

Men's Training Bootcamp

This is a high-intensity, 8-week class designed and created for men only. Must be able to run 1 mile in less than 9 minutes, perform 25 correct pushups and must be regularly active in a weight/cardio regimen for at least 6 months. Registration begins March 1st.

 

Y-Weigh

Need an extra push to help get some weight off? Give our 10 week Y-Weigh program a try! Click above for the flyer.

 

Cost: $100 Members and $175 Non-members

 

Y-Weigh will kick off on Thursday, September 9th. Pre-registration is required. Registration begins August 15th. Pick up your information packet at the Front Desk.
