
Specialty ProgramsThis 6-week class is ideal for beginner or intermediate ballroom dancers. Instruction in swing, waltz, fox trot, rumba and cha cha. Must be 18 or older to participate.

This class is an excellent way to get a head start in preparing for your special day! Registration begins March 1st.
This is a high-intensity, 8-week class designed and created for men only. Must be able to run 1 mile in less than 9 minutes, perform 25 correct pushups and must be regularly active in a weight/cardio regimen for at least 6 months. Registration begins March 1st.

Cost: $100 Members and $175 Non-members
Y-Weigh will kick off on Thursday, September 9th. Pre-registration is required. Registration begins August 15th. Pick up your information packet at the Front Desk.
