If you visit the West Forsyth YMCA in the midmorning hours, you probably know Charles Miller. Charles became a member of the YMCA because of a neighbor. They decided to start running on the indoor track. The Y opened a door to a new and healthier lifestyle for Charles. Soon he began weight-training and many exercise classes offered at the Y. He has been a loyal Y Member because of the great exercise opportunities and he loves the fellowship. He is surely the one to make the newest Y member feel welcome. Charles also states, " the Y is great because of the fantastic staff and Christian Environment."
