The YMCA offers a variety of aquatic programs for all ages, swimming ability and fitness level. Our programs include water fitness and recovery classes, swimming lessons, competitive and non-competitive swim teams and life guarding classes.

Our water fitness classes include deep and shallow water aerobics as well as a recovery class geared to those who have been injured or are recovering from a variety of medical conditions. We are also now offering a PRE NATAL water fitness class!

Our swim lesson program is comprised of parent-child classes, preschool classes, youth classes and adult classes. The youth progressive swimming class is the YMCA's 3rd most widely offered program nationwide! This is because our lessons utilize a guided-discovery teaching approach in a positive and caring environment.

We offer both a competitive and non-competitive swim team for beginning to advanced swimmers.

The YMCA On The Guard II program allows participants to become certified in YMCA life guarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED essentials, Oxygen Administration and First Aid.
